I Report Permanent Ban On My Kwai Account Without Explanation Despite Payments
On August 29, my Kwai account was permanently banned without any explanation. I did not receive any notification or clarification either within the app or from customer support regarding the reason for this decision. My account is registered with the phone number 0532*****65.
After the ban, I filed an appeal through the app, but the result stated that my account would remain permanently closed. This is extremely frustrating because I have spent and invested approximately ₺5000 in payments and in-app purchases. In the past, my account had been temporarily banned, but this time Kwai directly decided on a permanent ban.
My expectation from Kwai is that my account be reinstated. I also request a detailed explanation of why my account was closed and demand that my financial and personal losses be addressed.
