Kuveyt Türk App Promises Two Statement Date Changes, Support Denies It

I have been experiencing an unresolved issue with the statement closing date of my Kuveyt Türk credit card since the beginning of the year. When I wanted to change my statement closing date, I contacted customer service and was told that I could only make another change one year after the last time the statement date was modified. However, in the mobile banking application, it clearly states that I am allowed to change my statement closing date twice per year, and there is no mention of any additional restriction.
The information shown in the mobile app directly contradicts the information provided by customer service, which is both misleading and causes inconvenience. I am requesting that my right to change the statement closing date twice per year, as stated in the mobile application, be properly applied to my account and that this right be activated so I can change my statement closing date accordingly.
