Kumho Ecsta Tires Develop Severe Sidewall Cracks After Just 20,000 Kilometers

My Kumho Ecsta tires have been in use for approximately 1.5 years, during which I have driven around 20,000 kilometers. I recently noticed severe cracks forming on the tire sidewalls. The manufacture date code on the tires is 10/24, and because I purchased the vehicle brand new, the tires came factory-installed.
When I noticed the issue, I first contacted the dealership where I bought the vehicle. They told me that the issue was Kumho's responsibility and referred me to a Kumho dealer. However, despite being redirected to the Kumho dealership, I received no follow-up, and my problem remains entirely unresolved.
Given how recent the production date is and that severe sidewall cracking occurred in such a short timeframe after only 20,000 kilometers, I believe this is a manufacturing defect. I demand that Kumho thoroughly inspect my tires and replace them free of charge under warranty.
