I experienced a severe safety issue with my Kumho Ecsta PS71 205/45 R16 tires. The manufacturing date code on the tires is the 51st week of 2022. Although I drove my vehicle yesterday without any issues, when I hit the road today, the tire began making a rhythmic thumping noise, and upon inspection, I saw that the tread was beginning to separate from the tire body. As soon as I noticed this, I immediately stopped driving on it.

I likely purchased the tires online, and they were delivered to Çayırova, Kocaeli. I previously used Petlas tires for nearly eight years without ever encountering a problem like this. Coming across such a manufacturing flaw with Kumho both surprised me and left me in a difficult situation.

I believe there is a serious manufacturing defect in this tire. Because this situation compromised my driving and road safety, I demand that Kumho resolve my grievance, inspect the tire, and process an appropriate replacement or refund based on the findings.
