In June 2023, I purchased a set of Kumho Tires summer tires from an authorized dealer. Since I was satisfied with their performance, I later replaced them with Kumho winter tires from the same brand.
However, during the seasonal tire change, I was shocked to see that all four of my summer tires were torn and cracking from the inside. I immediately informed the dealer, who took the tires to send them to the factory for inspection.
It’s now been 15 days, and I still haven’t received any update or response from Kumho. I bought two full sets of tires in the same year, yet my issue remains unresolved. I’m extremely disappointed and request that my complaint be handled quickly and fairly.
