Kumho Ecsta HS52 Tires Lose Traction on Wet Roads

Approximately six to seven months ago, I purchased four Kumho Ecsta HS52 tires for my Skoda Superb. I have driven approximately 10,000 km on these tires, but I am extremely dissatisfied with their performance.

I struggle to drive uphill without the tires losing traction, even on the slightest incline. When it starts raining, even a few drops on the road make me seriously uneasy, especially when taking turns. The tires do not inspire confidence in their grip, so I constantly have to drive cautiously and worry about losing control. I first noticed these problems two to three weeks after having the tires installed. Initially, I dismissed them because the tires were new, but over time, I realized that the situation was not improving.

I firmly believe these tires are not worth the price I paid for them. I request that Kumho conduct the necessary inspections and, if a manufacturing or performance defect is identified, acknowledge the problem and resolve my complaint. If necessary, I also request that the tires be replaced.
