KuCoin Froze My Account After Transfer and Now I Can’t Access My Wallet

Yesterday, I transferred 19 SOL from my Phantom cold wallet to my KuCoin account. Today, when I tried to log in, I discovered that my KuCoin account had been frozen, and I no longer have access to my wallet or funds. This is extremely alarming. I’ve been using this account for years without any issues, and now, suddenly, it’s locked with no explanation. I’ve received no warning, no suspicious activity alerts, and no help from customer support so far. I urgently need access to my wallet and a clear explanation of why my account was frozen. KuCoin must take action immediately to investigate this and restore my account access. I’m locked out of my own assets and deserve proper support.
