I purchased the Kraft 7351-G high chair, but one of the most important assembly clips arrived damaged. Because of this defective part, the high chair doesn’t sit straight and wobbles. This faulty piece made the assembly process extremely frustrating, and it’s disappointing that the product was sent in this condition. The defective part is shown in the attached image, and I didn’t expect such poor quality. This issue is unacceptable, and I request a replacement for the damaged piece as soon as possible. I hope Kraft resolves this quickly, as I need the high chair to be fully functional for my child.
