Kosmos Istanbul Visa Appointments Full for Weeks — No Slots Available

I have been trying to get an appointment from Kosmos Istanbul for a month, and the situation has become completely unacceptable. During the most recent appointment release, even though I logged into the system immediately, I once again received a “no available slots” message because I needed a family appointment, and I was unable to schedule anything.

Opening only 1–2 weeks of limited appointment slots at the Istanbul branch is entirely insufficient for a city with such high demand. While cities like Ankara and Edirne offer 3–4 weeks of availability, Istanbul’s system still operates with extremely narrow time windows. On top of that, applications outside of one’s city of residence are not accepted, so we have no option to apply elsewhere.

Offering such limited appointment capacity in a metropolis of millions like Istanbul is unreasonable and creates serious hardship. As citizens with upcoming travel dates, we no longer want to be put in this situation.

We request that the appointment system be immediately improved and that long-term, continuous, and adequate appointment slots be opened for Istanbul. In its current state, the system is dysfunctional and leaves people in difficult circumstances. I am requesting that an appointment be issued to me as soon as possible and that I receive an urgent response regarding this matter.
