I Have Been Unable to Get a Greek Visa Appointment From Kozmos Visa

I've been trying to schedule an appointment for a Greek visa with the Istanbul branch of Kozmos Visa Services for nearly two years. However, I've been unable to schedule an appointment, and when I contacted the company, they offered no solution or explanation. They are disinterested and have made the application process as difficult and inaccessible as selling a Tesla. I know there are thousands of other victims like me, and I demand that this inconvenience be addressed, that the appointment system be transparent and accessible, and that applications be genuinely addressed. I demand that my grievances, stemming from this years of uncertainty and indifference, be resolved.
