Hello, I am experiencing login issues with my Konami ID. Even though I enter my password correctly, I keep getting an error message. I have tried multiple times, but I still cannot access my account.

Konami, please fix this issue! I have ensured that my information is correct and even censored my details for security reasons, yet the problem persists. This is extremely frustrating, especially considering the game is 2GB in size, and my device has only 32GB of storage.

Please help me regain access to my account as soon as possible! I would appreciate a prompt resolution to this issue.
