Konami Game Won't Open, Download Error Persists—Please Fix Immediately

For the past week, I've been unable to open my Konami game due to persistent download errors. Every time I attempt to access the game, it displays a "data failed to download" error, preventing me from getting in. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game multiple times, yet the issue persists.
