Konami Blocked My Account in Ghana With No Warning and No Explanation

I am writing regarding my Konami ID, which was blocked yesterday while I was using it in Ghana. Since then I have not been able to log in and I only receive a generic error message indicating that there is an error, without any clear explanation of the reason for the block. I have not been contacted by Konami and I have not yet received any information about why my account was blocked or how I can resolve this situation. At the moment I am completely unable to use my Konami ID and the services linked to it. I kindly request that my Konami ID be urgently reviewed and unlocked so that I can regain access to my account and continue using Konami services without interruption.
