Konami ID Password Reset Link Not Working and Blocks Account Access

I am having a serious problem accessing my Konami ID account because I have forgotten my password. When I try to reset it through the Konami ID website, the password reset link I receive does not work, so I cannot complete the process. I attempted this again yesterday and faced the same issue. I contacted Konami customer support about this problem, but the response I received was not satisfactory and did not solve my access issue. I still cannot log in to my account, and there has been no clear or effective guidance provided.
