eFootball Packs Not Giving Epic or Big Time Players for a Month

For about a month in eFootball, I haven’t been getting any top-tier players—such as Epic, Showtime, or Big Time—from the pack openings in the pack section. Despite this, I continued buying in-game coins with real money and kept opening packs, but the results have been far below my expectations.

The drop rates in the game feel extremely low, and having to spend real money constantly without receiving any worthwhile players makes me feel seriously disadvantaged. For this reason, I am requesting a refund for the amount I spent on pack openings during this period.

I would like this issue to be reviewed and to receive a clear and detailed response regarding my complaint.
