I’ve been playing eFootball 2026 on my Android phone for a long time. However, despite making multiple payments every time a new Epic Player Pack is released, I never receive rare or special players. My friends, on the other hand, get these players easily — sometimes on their first try or after spending much less. Meanwhile, I’ve spent various amounts like ₺350, ₺150, and ₺650, yet I still haven’t been able to get the players I want.

This recurring issue makes the game feel unfair and unbalanced. I feel that I’m not getting what I paid for, and that the in-game system may be favoring certain players. All I want is a fair gaming experience and to receive the value of the purchases I’ve made. I request that this issue be investigated and that my injustice be properly addressed.
