I’m requesting a full refund of the MyClub coins I spent in Konami MyClub. I had planned to open the Rafa Silva pack, but due to missing coins, I couldn’t complete the transaction. If needed, I’m willing to have my account go into a temporary negative balance and repay later, or I’d accept 2,000 MyClub coins as compensation.
All I want is a fair solution: either give me the Rafa Silva pack I intended to open or restore the full amount of MyClub coins I spent. I’ve invested real money into this game, and I expect Konami to respect that by offering some flexibility or resolution.
