I Report Spending ₺700 on Konami Packs Without Receiving Any Epic Player

I’ve been playing Konami games since third grade, and recently I spent a total of ₺700 on in-game packs, hoping to receive at least one Epic player. I first invested ₺350, and when nothing came out, I added another ₺350—still no Epic player.

What’s going on? I see YouTubers unlocking Epic players with a single try, but for regular players like me, it feels impossible. It’s incredibly disheartening to watch my money vanish with zero returns. Worse yet, I made these purchases without informing my parents, which now leaves me not only frustrated, but guilty and anxious.

As a loyal player who has supported this game for years, I demand either a refund or that Konami rewards me with a guaranteed Epic player to compensate for the loss. Please don't create a system that favors influencers while ignoring real players.
