eFootball 2025 Region Change Restricted — Request Manual Fix by KONAMI

In eFootball 2025, I accidentally selected Japan as my country/region, and now I am unable to change it back to Turkey until 365 days have passed. I have been experiencing this issue since October 1, 2025, and as of November 9, 2025, I have not found any solution.

I tried to change the settings through the app, but it didn’t work. My account username is “b**”, and my KONAMI ID is “yi *ecsfcj”. I also contacted customer support, but no solution was provided.

I request that my country/region setting be corrected to Turkey as soon as possible.
