Konami ID “Account Not Found” Error Since September
I haven’t been able to log into my Konami ID account with the username M*** on iOS since September 25, 2025. The screen shows a “Account not found” warning. I have tried all the basic steps such as resetting the password, using different networks, and trying on different devices, but the issue persists. I am attempting to log in from Niğde, Turkey.
I believe my account may have been mistakenly deactivated. I request that my account be reactivated and access restored, and if necessary, that identity verification be performed so the account can be returned to me.
I have not yet submitted an official support request. I kindly ask that the issue be reviewed quickly and that I be informed as soon as possible.
