I Can’t Change Country to Turkey in PES Mobile Due to 365-Day Lock Error

I want to report a persistent issue I’ve been facing in PES Mobile. When I purchased my account, the selected country was set to Japan. Since I live in Turkey, I wanted to update the country setting to reflect that. However, every time I try, I get an error that says: “Country/region could not be updated. You cannot change your country/region for 365 days after the last update.”

This issue has been going on for nearly 3 months now, and it’s incredibly frustrating. I’ve tried to reach out to support multiple times, but I haven’t received any help or guidance. Being locked out of a basic setting for an entire year — especially after acquiring the account — makes no sense.

Konami, I’m asking for a clear solution or a manual update to set my account's country to Turkey. This affects my game experience, and your lack of response only adds to the frustration. I’ve spent real money (₺) on this account, and I deserve access to full customization. Please resolve this issue and allow me to update my country without further delay.
