My eFootball MyClub Purchase Failed on Play Store

I am absolutely furious with Konami and Google Play Store! I tried to take advantage of an offer on the Play Store for eFootball, where I was supposed to receive 260 MyClub Coins. However, when I entered the game, I was hit with an infuriating error message: "Your purchase could not be completed. Please update your Play account settings and ensure that the country selected in Play matches your country of residence."

This is completely unacceptable! My Google Play account is correctly set to my country of residence. This isn't a user error; it's a glaring issue with either eFootball's system or Konami's integration with the Play Store. I wanted those MyClub Coins, and now I'm stuck with a failed transaction and a frustrating error.

Konami officials, you need to see this message and resolve this immediately! This issue is preventing legitimate purchases and causing immense frustration for players. Fix this purchase error so I can acquire MyClub Coins through the Play Store without these ridiculous country mismatch warnings!
