Banned Konami ID Reactivation Request

My Konami ID (asfy-044-555-947), which I use for the Efootball mobile game, was locked in 2024 without any warning or error message. I haven’t been able to log into my account since then, and the issue continues every time I try. I had previously made an in-game purchase of around 20 TL. My email address is y**********@gmail.com**.

I have not yet contacted Konami customer service. I expect Konami to either reactivate my account or provide me with a detailed explanation regarding the issue.
