Kohl's Canceled Order Saying It's Out Of Stock, Voucher Isn't Back
I placed an order from Sephora at Kohl's like a week ago which included two pieces of cosmetics and a fragrance, as I was expecting my package instead I got an e-mail informing me that my ordered had been canceled due to the item being sold out.-The email also stated that voucher I used while placing it would be returned back to my account, max two or three days, Yesterdar after midnight I tried to place another order, a new fragrance using the certificate code from the original order and was informed that the code had already been used on a previous order, it was a pop-up at the checkout, tried to reach customer service immediately but they asking for time, I don't want my new pick to be out of stock as well, but the whole process is just meaningless.
