During what should have been a straightforward search for a plug, I had a really bad experience with the Koçtaş staff. I encountered contemptuous behavior and a blatant lack of interest in helping clients as soon as I asked for assistance. The entire visit was uncomfortable because of one staff member's unnecessarily cold and acerbic response. The most surprising thing to me was how quickly a simple shopping trip became something I wanted to leave. The way we were treated even irritated my wife, who is usually very patient. That a company like Koçtaş permits such behavior at the consumer level is regrettable. I sincerely hope that this does not represent their general strategy.
