Koçtaş 15m Spiral Hose Set Not Delivered And Order Marked Completed

In October, I ordered a 15-meter Spiral Hose Set from Koçtaş's online store (Order No: 1079837696). However, more than a month later, my product still hasn't been delivered. Each time I called customer service, I was told, "You have an open request, please wait a little longer." My order appears to be completed in the system, but I haven't received the product. I was constantly stalled throughout this process, and no concrete solution was offered. I'm writing this so I don't remove it from the complaint site.
