Rakuten Kobo Books Won’t Load on My iPhone

I have been experiencing serious problems with the Rakuten Kobo app on my iOS phone for approximately one to two months. The books I purchased simply will not load in the app. The system keeps malfunctioning, and despite trying repeatedly, I am unable to read the books I paid for. Being unable to access content that I have already paid for is extremely disappointing and completely unacceptable. I am tired of constantly encountering a black screen, and none of the methods I have tried have worked.

Because of this ongoing problem, I request a refund for the books I purchased but have been unable to read, as well as a permanent solution to the issue with the app. I want to be able to download and read all of the books I have paid for without any problems.
