KlKLM Royal Dutch Airlines Customer Service Unavailable

I can't find anyone to talk to at KLM Airlines. It feels like they don't care about their customers. Even though I have a round-trip ticket to Natal, Brazil, and Brazil doesn't require a visa from me, I was asked for a Schengen visa because of my transfer in the Netherlands. This situation prevented me from taking my flight and traveling to Brazil. I couldn't find anyone at KLM Airlines to help with this issue. My Brazil vacation was negatively affected because of this. There was no warning or information about needing a Schengen visa for transfer flights when purchasing the ticket. I am unhappy with both KLM Airlines and the travel agency Tatil Sepeti.
