I Can’t Cancel My Remini Subscription—Stop Charging

I'm having a serious issue with the Remini app. My subscription doesn't appear anywhere in my account, so I'm unable to cancel it even though I’ve tried multiple times. Every time I click the cancel button, it redirects me to a new payment plan instead of actually letting me cancel.

Despite not using the app, it keeps charging me ₺ every month, and there’s no visible subscription listed on my device. I’ve provided clear proof below that I’ve been charged. I urgently want this subscription terminated immediately and demand that no further money be taken from my account.

I’m asking Remini to stop this unethical practice and respect users’ right to cancel. Please fix this now.
