Klarna's Customer Service Failed to Resolve My Complaint About a Faulty Order
I recently had a very disappointing experience with Klarna’s claims service. After encountering an issue with an order, I reached out to Klarna to file a complaint. Unfortunately, instead of offering real support, they shifted all responsibility onto the supplier. This approach is completely unacceptable. As a payment provider, Klarna should stand by its customers and assist them in resolving disputes, not pass the blame. It's also frustrating that Klarna continues to partner with unreliable sellers, failing to hold them accountable. Klarna needs to take responsibility and remove such partners from their platform. The claims service was extremely unsatisfactory, and I can no longer recommend Klarna’s services.
