Canceled Voghion Order Still Billed Through Klarna
I placed an order for six items through the Voghion app, but I accidentally placed the same order three times. I then canceled the extra orders so that only one order would remain active. Despite this, I still received an additional invoice from Klarna for an order that I had already canceled.
Progress
On January 2, 2026, I accidentally placed an order through Voghion that included clothing, headphones, and a mobile phone case, with payment set to be processed via Klarna. As I did not intend to make this purchase, I immediately requested that the entire order be canceled and contacted Voghion by email to clearly state my wish to cancel.
Despite this request, I later received an invoice from Klarna for the order, even though I had already asked for it to be canceled. Since this was an unwanted order and I acted promptly to cancel it, I find this situation unacceptable.
I am requesting that the order be fully canceled at no cost to me and that the Klarna invoice be voided accordingly. I also ask for written confirmation that the cancellation has been completed and that no payment claims will be made against me in connection with this order.
