Unauthorized €461.20 Charge from Vietnam on Revolut – Urgent Refund Needed
€461.20 was withdrawn from my Revolut account without my approval or knowledge. I am currently in Ireland, but this charge was made in Vietnam. How could I possibly be in both Ireland and Vietnam on the same day? My daily expenses in Ireland are around €10, yet €461 was taken from Vietnam. This is clearly a case of fraud. I reported the issue and disputed the transaction both via email and the app, but they responded by saying that the transaction occurred through Google Pay and that no refund would be given. However, I don’t even have Google Pay installed on my phone. This situation has been handled incredibly poorly and unprofessionally. I expect a full refund as soon as possible.
