Kiwi.com Charged Money Without Making Booking Successful

I booked a flight via kiwi.com as a guest from Ubon Ratchathani to Suvarnabhumi Bangkok today around 11:20 am. The website charged my debit card for the flight, but then it stated that the booking was not successful due to card issues. I am now requesting a refund for the payment since the booking did not go through.



I'm experiencing an analogical issue with kiwi.com currently. After choosing my desired flights option I went to pay and did so. Money was taken from my account, however in the app I got a warning that payment was unsuccessful. Now I'm trying to contact kiwi.com and expecting a full refund. Did you manage to contact them and get your money back?
