Kiss Kiss Mobile App Stuck At 27% Loading And Won’t Open

Hello, I cannot log into Kiss Kiss from my mobile device. The app loads up to 27% and then freezes every time. I tried deleting and reinstalling the game, but the same error keeps happening.

I don’t understand the reason for this issue, and it has been very frustrating. No matter how many times I try, the app will not load beyond that point. I just want to be able to play normally again.

Could the developers please look into this and fix the problem? I would really appreciate support, because I’ve already spent a lot of time trying to resolve it myself without success.
