Kiss Kiss App Fails To Launch While Other Apps Work Normally, Need Help

I use a Vivo Y02 phone and download my applications through Google Play. For about a week now I have been experiencing a problem with one specific application called Kiss Kiss. While other applications work normally, the Kiss app does not load at all and cannot be opened on my phone. This issue started approximately a week ago and has continued since then. I have not yet contacted Google Play or Vivo customer service directly about this situation. Because only this one app is affected, I suspect there may be a compatibility or technical issue that needs to be checked. I request that the problem with the Kiss Kiss application not loading on my Vivo Y02 be investigated and resolved as soon as possible, or that I am guided with clear technical support on what needs to be done so that I can use the application normally again.
