Flex City Not Opening
I am using a Vivo TX5 phone and since this morning the Flex City application has not been opening at all. When I tap the icon, the app does not start and I cannot access any of its features. To solve the problem, I cleared the cache of the Flex City app, but this did not help and the issue continues in the same way. I also tried to reach your support, but I have not received any response so far. I request that my problem with the Flex City application be checked and resolved as soon as possible, and that I be informed about the cause of this issue and what needs to be done so that I can use the app again without interruption.
