Back on March 18, 2024, I made a purchase with the order number 5426***33, but unfortunately, the product took quite a while to reach me. When I reached out, they informed me that the shipment would be sent out within a few days as they had already reached out to the seller. After a few days, when I reached out again, they informed me that the order had been canceled without any prior notice. They promised me that the refund would be credited to my card by Monday, but there has been no further communication. Why would you want to keep selling products from a seller if there are problems with them? Despite its affordability, my confidence has certainly been undermined.
