Quotex Deposit Not Credited After UPI Payment

I am an Indian user of Quotex, and on March 17, 2026, I deposited ₹1,500 into my Quotex account via UPI. My deposit ID is 113962298.

Although the payment was successfully completed from my side, the amount has still not been credited to my Quotex trading account, and my balance has not been updated.

This ₹1,500 is my last money for the entire month, so this situation is causing serious financial stress.

On March 17, 2026, at around 5:08 PM, I contacted Quotex support regarding this issue, but I did not receive any response or assistance, and the problem remains unresolved.

I request that my ₹1,500 deposit (ID: 113962298) be urgently located and credited to my Quotex account, or otherwise refunded to my original UPI payment method as soon as possible.

I also expect a clear explanation as to why the deposit has not appeared in my account and why I have not received any response from support.
