Kiehl's Unsolicited Emails Won't Stop Despite Repeated Requests

I have no account or purchase history with Kiehl’s, yet I keep receiving unsolicited emails from them. I tried using the unsubscribe link provided, but it redirects me to their website, where I can’t unsubscribe because I don’t have an account. Frustrated, I even called their headquarters multiple times to report the issue, explaining how intrusive and bothersome this has become. Each time, they apologized and promised to escalate the matter, but the emails continue.

I’ve reached the point of writing an angry reply, warning that I will take legal action if these emails don’t stop. Kiehl’s, please respect your customers' privacy and remove my email address from your list immediately.
