I returned my Kiehl's order (KLC1000012482) over a month ago, yet I still haven’t received my refund. Initially, I was told it would take 10 business days, but weeks have passed with no resolution. Every time I follow up, I’m dismissed with vague responses like “a report has been filed,” but no concrete action has been taken.

Customer service has been completely unhelpful and shows a lack of interest when it comes to handling refunds. This experience has been extremely frustrating, and I feel neglected as a customer. I request Kiehl's to immediately process my refund and improve their approach to resolving such issues. Delaying refunds is unacceptable and tarnishes the trust of loyal customers.
