Kiehl’s Order Delayed for 20 Days Without Shipping Update

I placed an order on Kiehl's.com on November 6, and it has been 20 days without any progress. The order status shows “ready for shipment,” but it has yet to be handed over to the courier. Despite reaching out to customer service, I only receive generic responses, such as “someone will get back to you,” yet no one has contacted me.

I’m beginning to suspect that my order is being intentionally delayed because I purchased it at a discounted price. This experience has left me frustrated and questioning Kiehl’s commitment to customer satisfaction.

I request an immediate update on my order and its prompt delivery. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible and honor your commitments.
