Kiehl’s Failed to Deliver My Order & Refuses to Help

I placed an order with Kiehl’s for two products, but only one item was delivered. For the past two weeks, I have been trying to resolve this issue, but the only response I receive is, “Here’s a warehouse photo; contact the shipping company.” This is completely unacceptable.

I did not place my order with a shipping company—I bought it from Kiehl’s, expecting a reliable service. I wasn’t even informed which courier would handle the delivery when I made my purchase. Yet now, I’m being ignored, and all responsibility is being pushed onto the courier.

When I contacted the shipping company, they were unhelpful. When I informed Kiehl’s about this, they had the audacity to suggest I file a complaint on another platform—as if that would solve anything!

I paid ₺1230 for this order, and I refuse to accept this lack of accountability and poor customer service. Kiehl’s, I demand my missing item or an immediate refund!
