Kia EV6 Repeated Major Failures Despite Being a New Vehicle

In May 2025, I purchased a brand-new Kia EV6 Standard Range vehicle from the Edremit Teknak dealership and took delivery on 27 May 2025. At the time of delivery, the vehicle was already displaying a driver assistance system warning. When I informed the sales representative, I was told that it was not an important issue and the vehicle was delivered to me in this condition. However, during the inspection carried out the following day, it was determined that the steering control unit was faulty and the entire steering system had to be replaced. In July 2025, the PRA relay burned out and was replaced, and less than two weeks later the same part failed again and was replaced once more. I have now been informed that the entire electric motor of the vehicle must be replaced due to a chronic defect, and since the part has been ordered from abroad, I have been told that the process will take at least two months. In addition to this, the vehicle’s camera systems continue to display complete malfunction warnings. Although the vehicle has only 12,000 kilometers on it, almost every major component has already been replaced. Despite the fact that my vehicle is still under warranty and there are service records documenting the faults from the very first day, my request for a vehicle replacement has been continuously rejected, even though the service itself has acknowledged that the vehicle is defective. I have contacted Kia and the dealership about my replacement request, but instead of taking my concerns seriously, I felt that their attitude was dismissive and almost mocking. I have owned this car for approximately 10 months, and it has spent nearly 5 of those months in service. I no longer feel safe driving a vehicle whose motor has been replaced and that has experienced so many serious defects in such a short period, and this situation has caused me significant inconvenience and distress. In light of all these issues, I request that my defective Kia EV6 Standard Range be replaced with a faultless vehicle without any additional cost to me.

No one got back to me, and on top of that the Kia EV3 car that the service gave didn't charge, it turned out to be broken, it's like a joke, now the car they gave is really funny.
