KFC Order Turned Into a Struggle Thanks to Their Rude Staff

On the 2nd day of Eid, 29.06.2023, Turkey, Antalya 5MM Migros KFC I ordered a come-and-go order through the application and added 2 biscuits to get my zinger burger gift. When I went there, I learned that their oven had been broken for 1 week and they still hadn't fixed it. 2 female and 1 male staff came. The girl said she could put potatoes instead of biscuits. Since there were potatoes in the menu, I did not want 1 more potato, I asked if they could put chicken instead, and the male one said that they could put boneless crispy with a difference of 20 TL, and I said that there was such an incident the other day and that it was put then. The woman who put it in said that she could put it in because it was past 22:00 at that time. Then I showed on the application that 2 biscuits were 18 TL and boneless crispy next to the menu was 22 TL and stated that I wanted to pay 4 TL difference. The male one was constantly bringing the subject to cancel. Then a few more conversations took place. In a very proper, level-headed way, 2 staff girls and I were talking about the incident properly. Finally, okay, then I said that I wanted to buy boneless crispy with a difference of 20 TL, and the male said that they could not do that. Then I asked why he said that in the first place. I wanted to take the initiative at the beginning, but he said you don't deserve the initiative. I SWEAR I'M JUST GOING TO BUY A MENU, THERE IS NO INSULT OR PSYCHOLOGICAL PRESSURE I HAVEN'T BEEN SUBJECTED TO. AM I LEFT TO HIS INITIATIVE? I'VE BEEN A KFC CUSTOMER FOR YEARS, I'VE NEVER SEEN A MORE DISGRACEFUL EVENT IN MY LIFE! As a customer, I wanted to solve the incident, without forcing anyone, while I was talking properly with the female staff, he suddenly verbally attacked me! MAKE AN EXPLANATION KFC WHAT IS THIS? TEACH YOUR STAFF TO COMMUNICATE CORRECTLY! The incident got so big that the girl had to send the man to the back and had to apologize on behalf of that man! WHAT KIND OF ATTITUDE IS THIS, I DON'T KNOW IF I WENT TO GET INSULTED OR TO EAT, IT'S DISGUSTING!
