Ketogo Charged Me €39 After a Trial I Never Converted to a Subscription

I live in Austria and purchased a €7 seven-day trial package through Ketogo on March 9. I understood that this package was only a weekly trial and assumed it would automatically end after the trial period expired. I did not use the service afterward and did not provide any approval for a subscription.

However, approximately one and a half months later, on April 24, €39 was withdrawn from my bank account without my knowledge or authorization. I did not upgrade to any monthly membership, I did not use the application during this period, and therefore I consider this charge completely unjustified.

When I contacted the company regarding this issue, they acknowledged that the money had been charged unfairly but stated that there was not much they could do after the payment had already been taken. Despite this, I do not accept being forced to pay €39 for a service I did not use and never knowingly approved. For security reasons, I have also contacted my bank to prevent similar unauthorized charges from being processed again.

I request that the €39 amount, which I believe was charged unfairly, be refunded to my bank account as soon as possible and that no subscription or future charges be made without my explicit authorization.
