Kenwood JE280 Citrus Juicer Broken Down, No Parts Available
I just bought the Kenwood JE280 citrus juicer, but I'm having trouble with the juicing mechanism. I went to the service center to find a replacement part, but they told me they didn't have it. It was really confusing. Even if they don't have it in stock, they should be able to get the spare part that is needed. I wasn't happy, so I reached out to Kenwood's customer service. They asked me to send them an email explaining the problem in detail.
It's been two weeks since I sent the email, and I still haven't received a response, whether it's good or bad. From what I understand, if a company sells a product, they should be required to provide spare parts. But I didn't expect to feel so indifferent from a brand like Kenwood. Honestly, I won't be influenced by the brand and won't buy their products again. It's really discouraging when you can't find any support when problems come up.
