The dates used in Kellogg's product were stale, as hard as a rock, and completely unfit for consumption. When I tried to eat them, they damaged my teeth. I contacted the company to explain the issue and requested a refund due to the physical damage and the poor quality of the product. They asked for my phone number and promised to reach out, but despite my follow-up emails, I have received no response. This is unacceptable customer service from a brand I thought I could trust. I expect Kellogg's to address this issue, refund my purchase, and improve their product quality and customer service immediately.
