Foreign Object Found in Kellogg’s Cereal, No Follow-up After a Year

I found a foreign object in my Kellogg's cornflakes, which almost caused me to break a tooth. After filing a complaint, Kellogg's responded and requested that I send the sample for investigation. Shortly after, a Kellogg's representative came to collect the faulty product and gave me a replacement. However, it’s been a year, and I’ve received no further communication or resolution. Is a single box of cereal considered adequate compensation for a health risk? I expect more from such a reputable brand and demand a proper explanation and action regarding the issue.
