KCEX Freezes My Account the Moment I Deposit Funds

4

After I deposited $59 into my account on the KCEX BTC Global platform, they froze my account the moment the money arrived, citing a "review" as the reason, and they haven't let me withdraw my funds since then. This freeze has been going on since March 20th, and even though the balance still shows in my account, I can't access it.
When I contacted support, I was just brushed off with "wait 1 month," but I haven't been given any concrete information confirming that my account is actually under review. I've been dealing with this for a long time now, and my money is essentially being held hostage in their system.
I'm requesting that KCEX lift the freeze on my account and immediately return my $59 balance in full, without any deductions. And I don't recommend that anyone sign up for this untrustworthy platform — sign up for exchanges like Binance, Gate.io, or KuCoin instead. This is the first time I've ever run into a problem like this; I've never experienced anything like this on other global crypto apps.
