KCEX Account Restricted and 2801 USDT Funds Frozen

My KCEX account, registered with the email address c*************@hotmail.com and account ID 5692**26, has been completely prohibited from opening futures positions since September 17, 2026. At the same time, I am unable to withdraw the balance in my account or transfer it to spot. I currently have 2,801 USDT blocked in my account.

The platform displays a message stating, “You are prohibited from trading futures,” and my withdrawal and spot transfer functions have also been restricted. I have only been given vague explanations referring to something similar to “risk control,” but no specific or satisfactory explanation has been provided, and I have not been clearly told why my account has been restricted in this way.

During this process, I have contacted KCEX at least 15 times by both email and live chat. Despite this, the issue has not been resolved, I have not received any clear information, and the restriction on my account remains in place. For a long time, I have been unable to use or withdraw my own funds.

I request that all restrictions on my account be removed, that my 2,801 USDT balance be released and paid back to me immediately, and that I receive a clear written explanation regarding this restriction and the reason for it.
